Full effort is full victory." - Mahatma Ghandi

Lady Zinnia

Don’t let the floral name fool you, Lady Zinna means business! Born in San Diego in May 2024, Lady Zinnia joined the Translation by Design team in July of the same year. After graduating first in her class at Paw School, she quickly rose in the ranks to become co-chair of both the treats committee and the outside time practice group. She advises everyone who will listen to her on matters related to ear scratches, tummy rubs, naps, walks, and bird chasing. She rigorously defends her front yard against un-lawful grazing by neighborhood deer and dedicates several hours per day to pro-bone work.

She brings focus and grace to every court appearance (court yards, tennis courts, quadrangles, etc.). She has been described as having the intelligence of a fox, the curiosity of a cat, and the playfulness of a baby goat.

She fights for equal treats under the law for all canines. Significant matters include a landmark settlement involving the right to enjoy the milk foam from her owner’s morning latte.

Silky, poised, patient, focused, and graceful, her humongous eyes will stare into yours until a verdict has been reached in her favor. To date, she has never lost a case.

Named after the flower favored by a beloved friend who recently passed at 101, Lady Zinnia embodies the joy and vibrance of a spring meadow filled with blooms caught in the morning sun. She brings that joy everywhere she goes and shares it with everyone she meets.

And she can’t wait to meet you!
