Michael Zhu
Mandarin Interpreter

Michael brings precision, curiosity, and quiet confidence to every assignment. A graduate of a prestigious interpretation program, he discovered early on that this profession offers something rare: the chance to learn something new with every case and to be continually inspired by the people and subjects he encounters.
His specialty is litigation support and technical interpretation, where complexity is the norm and stakes are high. For Michael, handling intricate cases isn't just work—it's a front-row seat to the pulse of innovation and the legal battles shaping our technological era.
Among his most memorable moments: serving as the neutral interpreter for a landmark 2010 International Trade Commission hearing in which Apple alleged that Android device maker HTC had infringed multiple patents. The case drew industry giants, including HTC founder Cher Wang and "Father of Android" Andy Rubin, and underscored the weight and privilege of the interpreter's role at the center of high-stakes disputes.
Michael remains passionate about the craft—driven by the belief that every assignment holds something worth discovering.
