My journey with Translation by Design began over 15 years ago when I first discovered my passion for project management and the fascinating world of translation and interpretation. After that initial spark, I embarked on a five-year adventure teaching English across Asia, followed by earning my MBA from an international school in Germany. 

 

Now back at Translation by Design, I bring my wanderlust and cultural curiosity to managing in-person interpreting assignments, working with people from around the globe every day. I thrive on the "juggling act" of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, from organizing interpreter travel to tackling website design challenges. 

 

What keeps me excited is the company's unique small office feel where everyone works as a unit, treating each interpreter and client with genuine care and respect. I value how Translation by Design has motivated my professional growth by encouraging diverse challenges, and I find the daily opportunity to learn about different cultures through my work engaging. When I'm not busy with my project management duties, you'll find me hiking, practicing pilates, or planning my next adventure, with the northern lights still at the top of my ever-expanding travel bucket list.
